    (1.1) Items Must Be Inspected On Collection Or Delivery. Once The Item Is In Your Possession It Is Assumed That You Are Happy With The Item And Accept That It Meets The Description And Condition Advertised!
     
    (1.2) We Require That Someone Is At The Delivery Address On The Arranged Date & Time. Failure To Do So May Result In A Re-Delivery Fee.
     
    (1.3) Delivery On An Arranged Day May Be Delayed For Various Different Reasons Such As: Excess Traffic, Weather Conditions, Van Fault, Delays With A Previous Drop etc.Quality Furniture Store Apologises If You Experience Any Delays But We Cannot Accept Any Responsibility For This. The Delivery Driver Will Contact You And Give You An Updated Delivery Day / Time.
     
    (1.4) Should You Have An Issue With The Item, It Must Be Reported Immediately On Collection Or Delivery. If Delivery Is Through A Courier Arranged By Us, You Should Query It With The Driver Or Alternatively Contact Our Customer Services.

    (2.2) Local Delivery Service - We Provide Delivery Within A 30 Miles Radius For An Extra Charge. Please Send Us Your Post Code For A Quote Before Buying. We ONLY Deliver To Your DOOR So Please Make Sure You Have Help To Get Larger Items Into Your House As You Don't Want Them Left Outside In The Rain All Day!
     
    (2.3) Courier Delivery - We Have 3 Different Delivery Zones Where We Deliver - A,B & C. They Are Colour Coded With The Relevant Price Per Item In That Area. This Can Be Found On The Item Description. We Advertise Zone A Delivery On The Advert, Should You Require Any Other Delivery Zone You Must Contact Us To Change The Delivery Price To Your Requirement. If You Fail To Do This We Will Send You A Money Request For The Outstanding Balance. If Payment Is Not Received Within 2 Days Of The Purchase We Will Cancel The Order.

    (5.4) With Used Items We Cannot Accept Returns For Reasons Such As, Age Related Marks, Wear, Colour Fading, Scratches Or Stains, Splits, Sagging Upholstery, Creasing Or Cracks, Wood Worm Holes or Chips As This Is To Be Expected When Advertised As 'USED'
     
    (5.5) Any Damage Occurred During Return Transit By A Courier Arranged By The Buyer Is The Responsibility Of The Buyer And We Reserve The Right To Decline Any Items Return, If The Item Is Not Returned In The Same Condition As It Left Us. It Is Then The Buyers Responsibility To Arrange & Pay Any Additional Costs To Re Ship The Item Back To The Buyer After A Refund Has Been Declined By Us.
     
    (5.6) Part Refund Can Be Issued At Our Discretion.
     
    (5.7) With Any Returns, We Recommend That You Use A Reputable And Insured Company To Transport Goods And Include Item Tracking & Signature As We Cannot Be Responsible For Lost Items.

    6. ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
     
    (6.1) Items Must Be Inspected On Delivery. Once The Item Is In Your Possession It Is Assumed That You Are Happy With The Item And Accept That It Meets The Description And Condition Advertised!
     
    (6.2) Should You Have An Issue With The Item, It Must Be Reported Immediately On Delivery. You Should Query It With The Delivery Driver Who Must Contact Us While With You Or Alternatively You Can Contact Our Customer Services.
     
    (6.3) Photo Evidence Must Be Taken Immediately On Delivery To Show Any Damage And We Require A Written Description Of The Damage, Date & Time Of Delivery.
    The Damage Description Must Be Signed & Witness Signed By The Courier. Photos And Signed Damage Description Must Be Emailed To Us Within 1 Hour Of Delivery. Failure To Do So Will Result In Us Declining Your Request For A Refund Under Our Terms.
     
    (6.4) Any Damage Occurred During Transit By A Courier Arranged By Us, We Will Issue The Buyer A Refund Usually Within 14 Days.
    Once The Item Has Been Returned To Us, We Will Inspect The Item & Investigate Why The Item Has Been Damaged. We Apologise If This Is The Case & We Will Arrange Your Refund As Quickly As Possible.
    We May Have An Identical Or Similar Item Which We Will Re Arrange Delivery For The Buyer If Possible.
     
    (6.5) If The Courier Was Arranged By The Buyer It Is Their Responsibility To Take Up Any Damage Claim With The Courier And We Accept No Responsibility For Any Damage, However We Would Be Most Helpful In Providing Any Photo Evidence Of The Condition Before The Item Left Us, Should You Require.

    (7.5) Whilst We Try Our Very Best, Due To The Lighting In Our Studio, Some Colours May Look A Slight Different Shade I.e. Lighter / Darker. This Is In A Minority Of Cases But Please Be Aware Of This And Check You Are Happy With The Item On Collection Or Delivery.
