Item despatched quickly, safe delivery. Beautiful looking tree, i think much better looking from distance. Unfortunately a few of the bloosom flowers missing but seller and i sorted something out to compensate for this. Seller acted in a professional manner and communicated very well, responding to my queries. I do recommend this seller after all an honest mustake can't be helped. The price of item is reasonable and bottom is a good weight to keep the tree upright.

I think the customer service is a little on the slow side in answering questions but they did answer. The photos are accurate. Be aware that it is flat pack and very heavy. The delivery came in two boxes on different days. I would say it requires 2 people to construct. The fire itself - or where the heat blows from is half the width of the heater. I did expect it to be wider.
