The refund of my payment did not arrive within the specified ebay timeframe but after flagging this with ebay, I received a full and prompt refund.

    When you received the item, it was fully operational and had some signs of wear and tear, but it lit up just as it did in our listing. However, when we received it, it was opened and damaged. Unfortunately, due to eBay's return policy, you were able to receive a refund even though you returned the item in a condition that was different from when you received it. Disgrace!
