Items get lost from ups and got returned to the seller and resend to me , but the package came with lose package, broken pcs and the inside machine parts lose broken, seller contact me , but why still reship when it already filed the insurance. What should I do with the damages, shop out with broken box and not well wrap with easy fragile products!!
