I believed the hype of Revlon saying this was a smooth to apply eyeliner pencil, etc., etc. In fact it is no better than any other cheaper pencil I have bought. As you use it, flakes of the actual pencil drop off and land on your face. I would not recommend this eyeliner pencil. No fault of Seller.
