I cannot emphasise enough how helpful this seller is. The item arrived 3 days late wrapped in several elastic bands and in a cable tied clear plastic bag bearing Royal Mail insigna. Inside the bag the box was torn open and a part was missing The online tracking proved the Post Office had the item for the duration of the 3 day delay and I am confident the damage was done while in transit. The seller went above and beyond to resolve this for me even though it was the Post Office's fault not his.
