Givi quality at a great price
Been using Givi/Kappa luggage for a few years and never had a problem. Purchased a new BMW F800GT a few years ago and had to buy the 28litre topcase as an extra, panniers come standard! Good quality but £400 and very small, only used it for a few months. Upgraded to a 52litre Trekker, specific plate, top rack, liner and backrest which cost less than the BMW box. Superb! My day to day bike is somewhat smaller so I purchased this plate, fitted it in 30 minutes. Good value for Givi quality. A bit of overkill and even at the reasonable prices paid the box cost more than the bike! Been using Givi/Kappa luggage for a few years and never had a problem. Does what it says on the tin.... buy with confidence.
Have used Givi products for over thirty years and transfer my luggage from bike to bike. Easy to fit if you are competent with a set of spanners. The painted finish on some of their PL series pannier rails could be better and is not up to the standard of Hepco and Becker although Givi does cover a wider range of machines.
