OEM version of Windows Server 2019 is the "OEM version of Windows Server 2019"
Anybody buying any edition of Windows Server should know what they are doing and know what it is, what it's for and what it's NOT for. This is an OEM version but installed and activated without issue via an in place upgrade from Windows Server 2012 R2 (being the maximum 2 version difference allowed for an in place upgrade)
