The item was discovered to be very dirty, which was not mentioned in the description and not visible in the photos. While the packaging was great and the shipping was fast, I am disappointed with the product, even though it functions as described.
His comment about the condition wasn't very pleasant. I was anticipating better service and more customer-friendly communication.
