Firstly the description was incorrect, as it originally stated 'Free Postage' (when this was not the case). The seller did correct this error but unfortunately the wrap did not arrive, apparently due to a transit issue. However Ebay were able to step in and provide me with a refund.

I corrected my listing error and in addition, as a gesture of goodwill, I also sold the item to you at the price that you were willing to offer to me. Evri could not deliver the item, they said, the address on the label was incomplete.
I was proactive in my communication with you at all times; I made up for my listing error; I posted the item, Evri lost it, outside my control. How does this justify a negative score to me as a seller? I kindly request that you, revise or remove your review.
