Great service. Considering how far the package had to travel it was extremely prompt in arriving. The packing was amazing. A cardboard box encased in plastic film contained 6 layers of bubble wrap around the carrying case. The carrying case contained two further layers before, finally, revealing the contents. Thank you very much.

This accordion was beautifully restored and tuned. But the best part is the care they used in shipping - accordions are arguably one of the most delicate instruments. It was superbly packaged and thoughtfully wrapped with no shortage of padding (in the picture the accordion is probably half the volume - rest is padding!!!). It arrived in superb condition. Icing on the cake and a touch of class: the "thank you" card inside. Bottom line: you should trust this seller as they will do a great job.
