I requested the seller to pack the CD very well. When it arrived, the case had several cracks in it, as only a very thin piece of foam and a grey plastic mailing bag had been used for protection. When I requested a return, the seller said that (a) he did not accept returns, (b) he had packed the CD securely, and that (c) he was not responsible for any damage caused by Royal Mail. Consequently, I had to buy a pack of six new CD cases just to replace one case. Extremely poor service indeed.

The CD was more than adequately packed. Buyer said how HE opened the package, although it was NOT sent to him but a different address: which is why there were no images of damaged packaging. His address is unsafe although he has had 'hundreds' of CDs delivered before. He collected the CD which he would then have had to send to his friend, for whom it was purchased. There was NO damage to the CD. A rather convoluted journey for a CD, going to three addresses, and a little implausible.
