    A good looking disappointment

    Whatever the science, I like hot chocolate to start off too hot to drink, with froth and mallows and large. The one benefit is that it doesn't boil over as it can do in a microwave or stick to the bottom of a non stick pan when heated on a hob. I'm just glad I didn't pay full price for the Velvetiser

    Does what is says on the tin

    Delicious hot chocolate. Far better than anything you get from a box/jar. It takes just 2 minutes to prepare and the about the same time again for cleaning. The copper velvetiser looks really classy too, and doesnt take up much space. Once prepared, I put my drink in the microwave for 20 seconds, as it doesnt do it quite hot enough for me, but that isnt an issue.Would I recommend? Yes I would. Needs to be half the price for the machine and the chocolate pouches though, that is why I have scored it 4 instead of 5

    Easy to use, excellent results!

    I usually made my chocolate in a pan and used small battery whisk, but had to stand over the brew so it did not boil over. Velvetiser so much easier and needs less washing afterwards. What is not to like about this handsome addition to kitchen!
