Terms and conditions of the sale
Your Orders:
 
We want to get your order to you as fast as possible in the most secure manner. Postage and packing is included in all of our prices. We use either Royal Mail or next day courier to deliver all of our orders. The method of delivery is determined by value and size of the order. If the order is over a certain value, it will be delivered to you via a trackable service which will require a signature upon delivery.
 
Upon despatch of order, we will confirm delivery method, consignment number and the link to track your order.
 
If no one is in to receive your order and to sign for it, the Royal Mail or courier company will take your order back to their depot and will either deliver it either the next working day or you can rearrange to collect it from your local depot as per their instructions on their card which is left in place of your order.
The courier or postman will not be authorised to leave it on the doorstep or with your neighbour. This is to minimise the chances of your order going missing. The main reason for using the Royal Mail or next day courier is also to minimise your inconvenience if you are unable to receive your order when delivery is being attempted as the parcel will be taken to the local main post office or depot where they offer convenient opening hours for you to collect your order.
 
We will always attempt to despatch orders the same working day we receive your order providing we receive the order before 5PM. All orders will be despatched via 1st class signed for mail or next day signed for courier service. Some orders may take up to two days to be delivered in certain postcodes in the UK because of the location and service offered by Royal Mail and the courier company. We will always advise the anticipated delivery date so you know when to expect your order.

Non Receipt Of Your Order:
 
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the advised delivery date emailing info@relovetechnology.com. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.
 
Items Damaged in Transit
 
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers) by contacting us on info@relovetechnology.com and we will issue guidance what to do next.
 
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note stating that damage is visible and accept the items. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation to us. Before shipping back to us, please obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us by contacting info@relovetechnology.com
 
Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
 
Please make sure you use a tracked and signed for delivery service when you ship it back to us. Please also obtain a receipt for the cost of delivery so we can reimburse you.
 
Items Faulty on Arrival
 
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Before shipping back to us, please obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us by contacting info@relovetechnology.com. You need to make sure you use a tracked and signed for delivery service when you ship it back to us. Please also obtain a receipt for the cost of delivery so we can reimburse you.
 
Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
 
Our Returns Policy
 
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Relove Technology and if you are not satisfied you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. We are only able to offer this guarantee on the basis that the goods being returned are in the same condition that were sent to you.
 
In order to return your order, please request a Returns Authorisation Number by contacting info@relovetechnology.com. We will guide you through how to return your order.
 
Please do not return any order without first receiving a Returns Authorisation Number as our warehouse will be unable to accept delivery and the goods will be returned to you.
 
Upon inspection of the goods returned to our warehouse, should the goods have been damaged, we will contact you to advise that we will be returning the device to you or give you the option to pay a restocking fee. If in doubt please contact our customer service team on info@relovetechnology.com who will do their best to resolve any issues.
 
Where applicable, if the ordered product was brand new, then it should be returned in the same condition as new, unused, with protective film still applied to the display where applicable. All returns are to be sent back complete with un-damaged box and inner packaging along with all accessories and manuals. If the product is SIM based, it is important that you do not insert a SIM card into the device as this creates user's settings that will personalise the device to you and your network.
 
Warranty
 
The warranty offered by Relove Technology is for 12 months from delivery date and is as per the manufacturer’s warranty stated conditions and excludes misuse, physical damage and liquid ingress.
 
Please note that on second user devices, batteries are a consumable item and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product. Batteries have been tested to ensure they hold a charge however we cannot guarantee that the manufacturers advertised maximum battery life can be achieved.
 
Backing up of the data on the device is also highly recommended to take place frequently as we cannot offer guarantees or refunds for loss of data. If a device is sent back for repair, it is likely that all data will be lost as a factory reset which is part of the repair process and therefore it is strongly recommended that backups of the data are carried out frequently as it cannot be recovered.
 
Items Faulty in Warranty Period.
 
If any of your orders develops a fault, and it's less than 30 days, please contact us on info@relovetechnology.com and we will provide assistance to get you up and running as soon as possible. If the item has to be returned to us for repair, we will either repair or exchange it for a like for like or higher specification device.
 
If the product is older than 30 calendar days since delivery, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Please contact us on info@relovetechnology.com where we will advise how to get the device up and running again as quickly as possible.
 
In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated).

If a product sent to us is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will contact you to try and establish the nature of the fault. If subsequent testing proves that the unit is not faulty, we will ship it back to you.
