Arrogant and deceitful seller. He sends me only part of the banknotes that I have paid for and he does not want to take responsibility or reimburse me for the amount of the banknotes that have not been sent

If this buyer is TRUE, why don't he mentioned here that why he opened a case after 28 days ? Why not after receiving royal mail special delivery cover immediately? Why I should take responsibility when I sent him all items including 3 bonus banknotes as a first time buyer ? When ebay founded him a guilty & closed the case in my favor, he got angry.I must say , this type of liar buyer is harmful to ebay community. This is the first event I had have in my selling history which is totally FALSE
