Had one very similar for many years & loved it. This one is about the same except the other had more water pressure coming through. Could be a government regulated water issue on the new ones. Otherwise it is great.

This "Waterpik NML-603 Flexible Shower Head with Power Spray" failed shortly after installation. Not durable, just twist the spray head a few times and the hose inside kinks. The quality is hard to tell from the appearance of the product, it's design has been cheapened over previous models. I do not recommend the product, sorry that this type of flexible shower head assembly is almost impossible to find from another manufacturer.

This showerhead allows a person to position the water flow in any direction for best rinsing of soap residue from head to toe! My better half can also spray the shower walls down during weekly cleaning. All my bathrooms have the showerhead installed and have a spare just in case (because the product unfortunately does not last forever like everything else in a home!!)

This is the third one of these I have purchased in over twenty years. It is used every day by my family, and accommodates people from four to over six-feet tall. It holds up well against water with high mineral content. Bonus: the gooseneck lets you direct the water for a thorough stall wash down. I hope WaterPik never discontinues this item!

I've had one of these shower heads for years and when it was time to replace I had to have another. Unfortunately the quality has gone down. The flexible arm is weak and doesn't stay up. I'm very disappointed.
