This is a classic collection of information and authority on the subject. It contains a fine index, and anyone would be able to study it well. Excellent graphics and reprints of older engravings. Robbins has gathered together many individual essays and bio's and included them expertly. I believe this book will take the place of many others in your personal library. For the curious or the practitioner it is a "must have" book.
