The purchase was fine. I have not yet had a chance to plug in the VCR because it didn't come with plugs. But that's fine. I was disappointed in the packing job done by the seller. There was very little cushion and the box was way too big. So the unit could easily be damaged since it could move around a lot in the box. Normally you would FILL the box and put the electronics in the middle of the cushioning. In this case it sat at the bottom of the box with lots of empty space on top.

As the listing states there was no cords/plugs included. The box and item were fully supported with bubble wrap, cushion and paper. We have packaged many hundreds/thousands of boxes and very few have ever been damaged. Not sure what the complaints are here!
