Very accommdating seller and the condition of the item was top-notch, as was the very secure and plentiful packaging. Yet, the Royal Mail still managed to fight their way through it and damage the item. I must stress that was not the faul of the seller (as they originally listed as 'Collection Only' and changed it at my request). Royal Mail also thought 24 hour delivery meant 4-day delivery! BUT the seller was *amazing*, so that's not their issue at all - just me moaning about the Royal Mail!
