Hi seller was away for mini break nothing put on sight to say that the seller was away as has happened with other sellers so I sent various emails didn't respond to many of them only one reply paid the seller promptly when the item ended on the 9th of may was due between the 11 or the 14th 0f may wasnt posted on the Monday the 14th now the 16th and after contact sellers stating I asked for a refund but I didn't not a good experience over all

Dear bell0131 I have kept you updated on progress and proposed to post the item only 1 day after the postage window allocated by Ebay. I have also apologised for the delay and explained the circumstances. You requested a refund 1 day before the postage window close and I refunded you in full straight away. It is a shame that you could not allow 1 additional day, it appears that no less than perfection was your expectation here - clearly a difficult benchmark to achieve in the circumstances
