Once I bought and paid for my item, I was informed by the seller that she would be unable to send it before 12 days later ( due to a family bereavement) and that she would send it with expedited shipping to make up. I agreed ( considering the circumstances).
I contacted the seller 4 days after the agreed date of postage and got no reply.I had to contact her a couple of times to get the item finally sent : I paid on the 8th April and got the bag on the 29th April. So 21 days ... later.
