Shipped on time, responsive, but the package was empty nonetheless. I provided the seller with the claim number Canada post gave me, claiming it was false is definitely unnecessary. Purchased the same part from a different seller, arrived intact in more suitable packaging.

The complaint number is generally made up of numbers and letters (only numbers in the one transmitted) so even if it was correct according to the carrier it should have appeared in the tracking system after the complaint at the Canadian post office. But it does not appear. Without escalating the complaint through the system, there is no proof that the item was not received.
