    There was a slight issue with the item (couple of damaged components), but the seller was apologetic and quickly rectified by sending out a replacement. Communication was excellent throughout. The shoe rack is only very lightweight (as you would expect for the price) but it looks ok. Despite the slight hiccup, I would buy from this seller again and recommend them, due to their excellent customer service.
