Contacted the seller before purchase to try to arrange a delivery, seller said he could for a price (25£). Then after purchase the seller states the price has increased to (170£), asked for a confirmation for the postage costs, as a quote or any information for the selected courier, and then the seller went awol, after a few days asked again as I m willing to pay extra for postage and seller refuses to commit to the agreed delivery.Complete waste of time and effort, avoid buying from this store

Buyer is very unreasonable, first ever negative feedback in 20yrs! The listing clearly stated collection only as the item was very large and weighed 70kg. The buyer asked me to ship and I said I would enquire. Because of the weight the cost was £177 however because of the length the courier refused to collect. The buyer said they would collect or arrange a courier, it did not happen! I offered a refund on several occasions. The item is now relisted and refund issued immediately!
