Ordered as a gift on 13th. By 16th it still not send and concerned not arrive in time. They ignore every write and only send it after I try to cancel on 17th. They described it as new but arrived unboxed and used covered in sellotape. Not suitable as gift. I would not buy from this seller again or recommend them after this experience.

The item was posted and delivered within the advertised delivery time. Perhaps, you should have read the description in full before you placed the order, rather than accuse us of bad customer service! The sellotape was used for protection and is removable. There was no mention that this product is boxed and there was no box in the picture either. All orders are shipped in the order in which they were placed and we replied to all messages in the same way. You asked to cancel after item was posted
