The item description was new and unused and authentic. The bag was delivered with a horrific smell. The bag was definitely used and does not present as authentic since the bag feels more like plastic than leather. Have reach out to the vendor and requested a return label and she has not provided one. The item I received is not the item pictured and description was not accurate. Reach out to Ebay and waiting for them to step in as seller is not providing what is needed. Buyer Beware
