We had problems with the local postal sorting and they were just receiving the boxes and then placing them in a empty warehouse...It was discovered earlier last week....and they were taking steps to resolve the issue...but the seller stayed in contact with me during the delay...and tried to get the info needed to keep me updated...The piece arrived beautifully and was exactly as described...
