Very entertaining with great humour
Great Dads Army DVD box set. It is still funny after all these years, and truly entertaining. All the character's are unique in there own way and the way they respond to others with there actions and dialogue is brilliant.

Bought this for my husband's birthday as he is an avid fan. He was a tad upset he couldn't watch the constant repeats anymore once sky had been switched off so I got him his own copies. He loves them! The quality of the programming on the dvds are good. Now he can watch them to his hearts content :)

Lots of laughs and no bad language... Superb cast and with a hint of what once made Britain great - the never-give-up attitude. Even non Brits will appreciate these DVDs - needs a reasonable understanding of the language.

Brilliant dvd and great value for money
I bought this for my 16 year old son as a birthday present. He says it is "absolutely brilliant". We all watch a couple of episodes at a time together as a family and it is very funny. It was good value for money and it is very well packaged in that all 14 dvds are together in the one cover/box set. There are alot of the episodes on the dvds that we do not recall ever having seen on the television series. This is a great example of British comedy of yesteryear unlike current comedy shows which are mostly crude.I bought this for my 16 year old son as a birthday present.
