I am unable to retract my honest review. Yes,I did receive a discount, of £145, this was £15 for the missing towing cover, the remainder was for the service which had not been completed as per advertised. I also pointed out the bumper wasn t fitted correctly, the seller atempted to correct this, however he advised the inner wings required removing to do so and he didn t have the time. My own garage removed the the bumper to refit correctly and found the chasis was bent 3cm to the left & 1cm up

This is unfair and inaccurate. The bonnet was not repaired by us, we discussed this, when we met, the oil had not being done, and you received a discount on the purchase price for this. The vehicle is under warranty, you have not contacted us in regard to any issue. You contacted us in regard to the V5 being late, it was, we resolved it straight away. No mention was made of any issue. What repairs were not satisfactory? From the description above that is not a £1000.00 of work.
