Unfortunately (and not the sellers fault) it was delivered to the wrong address, DHL's error, i actually received the monitor 3 hours after i got the notification email of it having been delivered. I told the seller of the error and he contacted DHL. Swift and sure action, i will certainly by from this seller again.He was very curteous and apologetic.

At this point i'd cut my loss and thought nothing more. Until a couple of days later a replacement arrived.
