Well, I've tried to explain that I can't fit the box on my scooter & have asked you kindly to arrange a pickup but heard nothing in all my 23 years on eBay I've not ever left negative feedback as this is my last week & the broken model is still sitting here & I don't think I'm ever going to get a refund & I can't do anything about the model its so bad. I have tried so many times in my life to help others only for it to be thrown back in my face. message to eBay that you need to sort this out.

I apologise that I’ve been a little busy of late, the parcel was damaged in transit which means it’s an Evri problem, and not mine. I’ve done everything possible by opening a claim with Evri and printing/ paying for a returns label of which they are working on, and seeing as I am not Evri, I can’t make it going faster. As for “arranging a pickup”, there was never any mention of that and unfortunately I cannot read minds. If there’s anything I can help you with please message me
