Item didn’t arrive in time specified, contacted seller who was rude and personally attacking me with rude comments. Told me to get my own refund from Royal Mail because it is stated in the listing. Making up their own rules that contradict the eBay money back guarantee. Very rude and violating of eBay community standards.

Unfortunately this buyer paid for second class postage and expected first class postage. In 12 years on this app, and 100% feedback across all that time sums up how this person decided to speak to me. So I reported them, and got negative feedback as a consequence. I'm a private seller, and this customer thinks I'm John Lewis. There was no violation, I just advised what they needed to do but apparently I'm tied into some contract over a £20 gilet.
