Drove 5 hours the day before we had agreed to pick car up. Only to get a text message at 10:30pm the night before delaying us picking up the car by minimum 2 hours as he was delivering another car to Liverpool over 150 miles each way. We drove down early to pick the car up as we had to get home, as we had a wheelchair being delivered which we couldn’t delay So drove 5 hours home without the car. To top it off They the tried to make out we were at fault. NOT HAPPY.
