Slightly disappointed, thought I was getting a brand new item at a fraction of the retail price. It was unused, and I didn’t even care that it wasn’t in a box, but it was a tester sample that had obviously sat there and been unused for a year or more and was in a slightly sticky condition. Anyone who knows anything about make up will know after while, make up goes off too. As this is for under the eyes it won’t feel comfortable. Calling in New was inaccurate.
