the bike was described as being in good working order and having just been serviced, however on taking it to be serviced I was quoted £180. every part of the bike needed replacing.when I contacted the seller about this I received abuse- was called 'naive', someone who was on a 'cheap score', was told I ' ought to have bought yourself a brand new bike in the first instance', and that it 'is entirely your issue and not mine'. I have returned the bike to the seller and am yet to receive a refund
