Terms and conditions of the sale
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving, for a full refund, and must be in the same condition as received.
 
Defected items must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
 
Items received damaged in transit must be reported the same day of delivery and signed for as damaged if the packaging is damaged in any way.
 
All items sold by Bioteknik South East Ltd come with a 3 month guarantee against defects and other hardware related faults.
Batteries, projector lamps and software are not covered under warrantees of any kind.
 
The removal of any of our VOID stickers by the customer or any other 3rd party invalidate any warranty.
 
Serial numbers are recorded of items sold.
 
A restock charge will apply to any items that are returned to us due to the buyer not collecting from the click and collect address they chose the item go to or for the courier being unable to deliver because no one was at the delivery address to take the parcel or for the misuse of returns.
Misuse of returns would include opening returns as faulty but found to be fully working, damaging an item and then opening a return for it.
Returning as faulty due to software incompatibility due to customer not researching correctly the compatibility of the item for the needs they intend to use it for.
A restock charge will also apply when a customer returns an item after using it and we have to spend time reinstalling software and removing customers data, etc
The restock charge will not exceed 20% with a minimum deduction charge of £4 of the sale of the goods.

    Well made, light weight feeling Mouse.

    A fully functional easy to operate and accurate rechargeable mouse. This mouse is somewhat lighter than my previous 'Anywhere' model that contained batteries, and I preferred the heavier feel of that design. But, I'm sure with use I'll get accustomed to it.

    Good on features, not sure they are built to last.

    Very useful to be able to switch to different laptops if they have bluetooth, I use the usb adaptor for my PC which has no bluetooth. Bought this to replace a previous one only 3 years old but left/right buttons became unreliable even after cleaning. I expect a mouse to last longer than that.

    Excellent mouse

    Not the cheapest, but well built, works perfectly and battery lasts for ages. I had the original MX Anywhere before this and only replaced it because the wheel broke (after many years of service). All in all, I'm very pleased with this and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a small, comfortable mouse and doesn't want to use a USB port

    Very effective and flexible.

    An excellent mouse with only one shortcoming. Has the unique option of either Bluetooth or wifi connectivity ( with the supplied micro usb dongle receiver) and a useful application for button allocation etc is available for download. It works very well on my Macs once I got it set up. I was unable to use bluetooth on an iMac as it simply was not recognised, despite other devices being recognised, but it worked fine on a MacBook Pro.. strange. The wifi option works perfectly however, with good range. It works very well on every surface I have tried, including mouse mats, wood, plastic, books and even my leg. Very useful. Scrolling and tracking is very smooth and accurate. For my large hands it could do with being a bit taller, but overall it's comfortable, the non slip sides are very ...

    Excellent product, accurate and robust. Works on any surface without a mat. Mouse wheel can be set to spin freely or not. Battery is rechargeable, and mouse can be used while on charge.
