Could have been packed better- was just tossed into a box containing a keyboard, to combine shipping, but had zero wrapping, the keyboard had better wrapping— bubble wrap and brown paper filler, the kindle had nothing…literally just tossed into the box as an afterthought…come on guys, I can’t believe the more expensive item was treated like that.
