This Pyle subwoofer should be installed in a non-enclosed configuration in either type of use. Furthermore, there are several mounting options for specific models of cars and boats. The Pyle PLMRW10 contains a 50-oz magnet and high-temperature voice coils with a 4-Ohm impedance to cool the unit and for better sound conduction. A weather-resistant poly-plastic woofer cone is integrated with this 10-inch marine subwoofer for durability and a lighter weight, while specially treated rubber surrounds enhance the bass output and excursion rate. This Pyle subwoofer also features molded ABS plastic baskets and integrated grills to protect the inner components and ensure a long lifespan for the entire unit.
