Tecova boots arrived postage due $83.65 with no indication whatsoever that any postage had ever been paid at any point. I was able to prove to the United States Postal Service with eBay documentation that I paid the seller $29.00 Postage. USPS clerk said return postage fee would be $83.65 should I decide to return them. These great, brand new in the box boots travelled over 16,000 miles from Leon, Mexico to Moldavia to Jackson, Tennessee, and arrived nine days early in perfect condition.
