Absolutely appalling service by Yodel. They tried to deliver Thursday 3pm ish. I was IN. Driver didn't make himself known to me. Contacted Yodel 5pm to ask for parcel to be delivered to no 9 the next day. Yodel updated records but advised Friday non-working day so no delivery. I went out. 3pm Yodel try to deliver to my address unsuccessfully. Obviously call centre updating records was a waste if time. I had to leave 2 notes attached to my front door to ensure parcel was successfully delivered.
