Really disappointed that the item was listed as being brand new, unopened and undamaged but when the item arrived it was damaged, it has been opened and taped back up & therefore not brand new.
I raised the issue with the seller who continued to argue with me that the item was not damaged despite me sending photos of the damage. The seller followed this up with photos they had taken before sending the item which also clearly showed the damaged. Finally offered a very small partial refund.
