Initially, the software was a bit of an issue. With the brand new Android 11 software there were bound to be some bugs but after resetting the phone and working with the seller, the phone has been working perfectly fine since. As an upgrade from my OnePlus 3t that I had for over 5 years, it is a definite improvement. With a good battery that can last me at least two days while using social media and various other battery draining applications, I have found the battery to hold up quite well. The camera is beautifully crisp and responsive allowing for me to take high quality images in seconds. The device is a good weight and feels robust so I have few fears of damage if I was to drop it, however like all phones, I have made sure to secure it with a good case and screen protector. Screen quality is beautifully clear and the handset never heats up even when playing games. Overall, even though I did have issues with it initially, the phone has turned out to be a well bought upgrade with updates continuing to improve the phones stability. Read full review

Still a great phone even though it is last year's flag ship. Not got the best camera or processer anymore and missing a couple of high end features such as wireless charging, bit this isn't something I used anyway. The warp charge means that whacking a bit of extra juice in for 5mins isn't a great effort. Camera seems more than adequate so far for average needs.
