I tried to purchase this gilet and was sent the blue coat from m&s up for £1.99, it says excellent quality but was in terrible condition. I contacted seller who said she had ‘mixed up the order’ I was asked to send to the other buyer- who turned out to be the seller as I now see the coat I sent back yesterday to supposedly the other buyer. Do not buy from this seller. It actually ended up costing me to get signed for postage to make sure the item actually got back to her, so I am out of pocket!!

This feedback is full of lies. There was a mix up with 2 packages followed by a Royal Mail issue which I went out of my way to resolve as quickly as possible and try and get it to this person. I then refunded it fully including the random additional costs the buyer decided to include. I’ve never had anything go missing with Royal Mail before & I am taking up the matter with them. I’m the only one out of pocket now but I will continue to be helpful and honest with people despite this person.
