The description and photos didn’t match or indicate the item condition. The item was described as beige but was in fact grey and I had thought it may have been the lighting in the photographs making it look greige. It was also incredibly bobbly. Whilst I appreciate that it was described as used, personally I would have mentioned this condition in the description. I contacted the buyer hoping for a refund but this wasn’t offered.
