Thank you for sending out the x-wing fighter in box , I do have a slight problem you've only had put a few bits of crumpled paper in the actual box with parcel can I advise you in future if you're sending out these sort of things is to put the whole thing in bubble wrap and then put it into the box this way ensures that the parcel doesn't get kicked about careless staff in the warehouse night shift as I have experienced in this in the past. yours kindly Clive.
