There are no major issues with the outside of the house, anything I can see will do my best to show in the photos. The inside decor however could do with some redecoration. The sun was shining through my window and this is the reason the photo of the roof and a couple of others have a lighter areas. I’m not sure whether it’s manufactured or is built from scratch. The stairs are possibly an indication towards the later. Either way the doll’s house is very solidly built in wood and is well executed with sliding house fronts, hinged roof and opening doors and windows. The size of the house is approx: Height 47cm, width 39.5cm, depth 32.5cm and the base is approx. 43.5cm x 43cm. It weighs about 6.5kg before packaging so postage is quite high. I’ve taken photos, these represent a good part of the description, please assure yourself of content and condition before buying. I am happy to send more pho”
