Item arrived eventually but had a chip which was not mentioned in the description or shown in the photos. The seller said they had contacted me about this before sending the item, but I didn't receive this communication and it didn't appear in the chain of contact between us. I didn't ask for a refund as the price I'd paid was only a small amount.

Did not complete the sale. The seller contacted me after I had secured the item for the opening bid price, which I guess was so disappointing for them that they unfortunately broke it while packing. And then seemed to have a lot of trouble with the process of refunding me. So I wouldn't bid on their items again.
