Terrible exerience. 1st order 26/04, 2nd order 2/05, neither posted until 11/5, all came together, arrived 15/05. Overcharged on postage some refunded but still charged more than necessary. Did receive 3 extra items as an apology, presumably the extra postage covered their cost. Had to open 'items not received' claim with Ebay. Appears to be no back-up plan by seller to enable someone else to take over the account when seller isn't available. Won't be buying from them again. Not recommended.

Seller said delay was because she had been 'in hospital having an operation on her ovaries'. Never any mention of deaths in the family. I have screenshots of the messages and the note put in the box with the items as proof.
