It's a great value keyboard with nice layout and sturdy build; I especially love the function keys at the top for play/pause and volume. However personal preference means I like more hefty clacky keys and this keyboard is very spongey, and also has a slight inward curve which I'm not used to.

I thought with this being a Microsoft keyboard it would be good quality, but I should have known that at this price point, it wouldn't feel great. Everything is good about it except the most important thing which is the feel of the keys. I can't type as fast on this one as I could on my old Medion keyboard which is sadly broken. The keys need to be depressed a bit further with this keyboard and they just don't feel as positive when they operate. If typing speed isn't important to you, then it's not a bad choice.

Given how overpriced keyboards are and the low-end price range this one falls under, it's a good value well designed keyboard. Forgetting all of that though, the legs are badly designed - they break and collapse too easily. But from what I've seen it's about the best keyboard you'll get for the money. I've been replacing keyboards with this same one for many years now. I'm just used to it and appreciate the extra functions for playing/pausing media, muting sound or adjusting volume, launching calculator and settings. Plug and play - I frequently switch it between PCs and I've never had any problems.

I am very glad to have purchased this as it is so much smoother and quieter to use than the cheap keyboard I had before. As I am homeworking all the time during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has seen 3 or 4 months of heavy use now and still as good as new. Having a wired keyboard works absolutely fine for me and is easier than wireless models which I found would regularly need fiddling with to restore the wireless connection. I use this keyboard for work so no need for lots of extra fancy buttons. It has exactly the ones I need: the calculator hot key is very handy, there is a volume control for sound, and the print screen is in a sensible place. Best of all no power off key which was the biggest design flaw of my old keyboard. Well worth paying the extra £10 or so compared to other brands.Read full review

This keyboard has been a huge disappointment. The keys are fading very badly; i,o,s,e,c keys have disappeared after less than 6 months of use. DO NOT BUY THIS AWFUL KEYOARD. It has squeaky keys from new, and the space bar is a bit intermittent. Awful product.

Having used a Logitech wireless desktop for years (swapping pc but always keeping same keyboard and mouse) eventually it developed a fault and needed replacing. Tried using the spare wireless ASUS keyboard - kept dropping contact which was annoying, and it was too thin akin to a laptop keyboard. Tried another old wireless Microsoft wireless keyboard but is seemed to conflict with the Microsoft wireless mouse we love. So having decided we don't need the wireless aspect as it hardly moves from its location under the monitor...keep wireless mouse and go back to a wired kb. The layout of this kb is spot on, doesn't have an oddly shaped insert / delete buttons area, numerical keypad also us traditional layout and the individual keys spacing feels correct (for us fast fingered users) it's the same as my workplace HP kb. Generally a perfect kb unless you're a gaming teenager, I would like it to be heavier so less prone to sliding around, and I miss the specific 'sleep' button the Logitech kb had (possibly program one of the buttons to do this but I'm lazy) Not used the media buttons much but good to have nonetheless Finally- cheaper than any similar quality wireless kb, does exactly the same job with absolutely no possibility of missing characters or communication fails, oh and no batteries to replace. This is the best keyboard I've had. And I've been a user of computers for a long time ( & before that= TYPEWRITERS - yeah, that old!) . Quiet compared to others. Think it's angle is better set than most. Can't comment yet re anti spill. Think its 'kinder' to yr hand & wrist, so no R.S.I.

I bought the 1st one when the Best Buy chain was having a "fire sale" before it closed completely - been very pleased with it (nice firm keys with a good positive action) for about 6-7 yrs until it developed a habit of missing keystrokes from certain well-used keys (esp. the space bar, back space and so on). 2nd one arrived last week and works just as well as the 1st, which is now connected to a less-used PC as it is still too good to junk. However, as the review title says, I wish you could get the same keyboard without the numeric keypad area as I don't use that much at all and the unit would be much smaller.

Nice feel to the keys. Could not wish for better. The only quibble I have is that the pop-out feet, to incline the keyboard, like to pop-back. I solved this problem by gluing them permanently out.
