In an ideal world the ebay system for cancellations would work as quickly as it takes your money and the seller would communicate clearly, having already gone to the effort of resolving the issue of a change of delivery address. Leaving a customer in limbo when time was of the essence wasn’t pleasant. As for courier companies! Why do they make it impossible to confirm a delivery address even with a tracking code?
